My son, Hondo, and I were trying to catch our wayward cat, Max, who had snuck outside and was hiding in the bushes. As we were chasing Max, we came upon a fawn snuggled in the bushes right up next to our home. It hasn’t moved all day. We’re hoping momma deer comes back to get her tonight.

momma deer do that (leave the little ones in a safe spot while they roam)...make sure the fawn isn't lying in an ant pile.
